GRIEF RITUAL
Grief can live in the body — in the chest, the jaw, the belly. Grief Ritual is a sacred offering of presence through touch and energy healing. It is not about fixing, but gently witnessing.
Together we will create an intention, have a healing bodywork session, and finish with a closing prayer or affirmation, allowing you to step back into your daily life.
Grief Ritual is a ritual to honor what is passing through you. There may be stillness, there may be tears. All that arises is welcomed.

Bodywork at the end of life can look a lot of different ways. Lindsay adapts her approach for each client’s individual needs. Massage therapy and Reiki at the end of life can benefit the client by offering warmth, companionship, and compassionate touch- something we all need when nearing the end.
