Meet Lindsay: Holistic Practitioner
 

Lindsay is a multi-passionate healer, combining bodywork, energy healing, herbalism, and end-of-life care to support the mind, body, and spirit. A 2017 graduate of the Spa Tech Institute’s Holistic Massage Therapy program, Lindsay uses various techniques to promote healing on both physical and energetic levels.

As a Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui lineage and an apprentice under the teachings of renowned herbalist Rosemary Gladstar, Lindsay integrates energy work and plant medicine into her holistic approach to wellness. As a mortality awareness enthusiast, and graduate of Going with Grace, she also brings a deep commitment to end-of-life care, helping individuals embrace mortality with compassion and acceptance, fostering a more present and fulfilling life.
